Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. In addition to all the ingredients, you will also need a sturdy bag intended for food. I use a slider bag; it is the most convenient to work with.
- 2
Step 2

Finely shred the cabbage, salt it, and put it in a bag. Close the bag and knead it thoroughly until the cabbage softens.
- 3
Step 3

Then add the eggs and hard cheese grated on a coarse grater to the bag.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the milk into the same bowl and add the mayonnaise.
- 5
Step 5

Cut the ham, tomato, and mushroom finely; tear the basil leaves into several pieces. Put all these ingredients in a bag.
- 6
Step 6

Close or tie the bag and knead it well with your hands so everything mixes thoroughly and the eggs are lightly beaten. It won't take much effort—beating the egg mixture in the bag is much easier than in a bowl.
- 7
Step 7

Bring the water (approximately 1.5 L) to a boil. Add the packet with the egg mixture and cook over low heat for 6–8 minutes, then turn the packet over and cook for the same amount of time.
- 8
Step 8

Cut open the bag and transfer its contents onto a plate. The omelet in the bag is ready. Serve it with ketchup or any other sauce.
