Description

The appetizer is quick and easy to make. Nostalgia for kindergarten, welcome back! I'm one of the few crazy Soviet kids who loved kindergarten omelet! I could polish off two or three portions. Suddenly remembering this fact, I whipped up this wonder at home. Tastier, of course, and easy to make! For the men, you can add sausage. Serve the appetizer at the table.

    1. Beat the egg into a deep bowl, add water, and stir.
