Airy egg pancakes
Description
I once came across the recipe for these fluffy egg pancakes on an American blog. The author claimed they were as light as clouds—and it's absolutely true! I usually use them as a base for sandwiches or burgers, especially since they're so easy and quick to make. Give them a try—you won't regret it, I guarantee. Serve them cooled down or slightly warm.
