Airy fried buns made with kefir
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. For kefir buns, it's better to add some extra baking soda so they rise properly and don't turn out flat. I usually make them with apples or simply with cinnamon and sugar inside. Despite being fried, the buns come out really light and airy. For making fried kefir buns, I use kefir that's not too high in fat. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
