Airy buns with kefir
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. This is a classic recipe for making fluffy kefir buns. The dough turns out truly light and airy, like a cloud. You can use any filling you like; I made mine with cabbage. Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F); baking time may vary depending on your oven. Enjoy your cooking! Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
