Prepare our minimum of ingredients. Turn on the oven and preheat to 150°C.

Separate the whites from the yolks.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix the egg yolks and cream cheese until smooth.

Gently fold in half of the beaten egg whites into the egg-cheese mixture. Then add the remaining half of the egg whites.
