1. According to the GOST recipe, 90g of egg white is needed to make meringue. I calculated that this is approximately 4-5 eggs, from which we will obtain the egg whites.

2. Beat the egg whites into a very thick foam, gradually adding sugar. At the very end, add vanilla sugar and lemon juice. The mixture should become sticky, smooth, and uniform in appearance.

3. Take a pastry bag, place the meringue inside, and pipe it onto a baking sheet (I usually line the baking tray with parchment paper).

4. GOST does not specify the shape and size, so let your imagination run free. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees and place the meringue in the oven for one hour.

5. Once our airy meringue has cooled, it can be filled, drizzled with chocolate or caramel, or served plain.
