Fluffy Apple Charlotte
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This is my favorite recipe because the apples, placed right in the middle of the batter, remain juicy after baking and don't dry out like in other recipes. The cake turns out very light and tender thanks to the whipped eggs and milk, and for extra aroma, you can add a little vanilla. With this recipe, you can make a cake not only with apples but also with plums or pears—it turns out delicious too! Be sure to treat your loved ones to this cake. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
