Description

The recipe won't take much time. Before serving, dust the pieces of marshmallow with powdered sugar. Be sure to try making this light marshmallow using the recipe. Serve chilled.

    Place all ingredients on the table. Frozen cherries should be thawed in advance.

    Put all the gelatin into a small bowl, pour cold water over it, and leave for 30 minutes.

    Place the thawed cherries into a large bowl and use an immersion blender to puree the berries until smooth.

    Transfer the berry purée to a saucepan, add sugar, place on the stove over medium heat, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a spoon.

    Remove the saucepan with the boiling berry purée from the heat and add the swollen gelatin. Stir the gelatin until completely dissolved.

    Then pour the berry mixture into a large bowl.

    Using a mixer, beat the berry mixture for at least 15 minutes. As a result, the mixture should greatly increase in volume, become lighter in color, and acquire a creamy texture.

    Transfer this whipped mixture into a silicone mold (or any mold convenient for you) and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
