
Vol-au-vents with salmon
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. I highly recommend vol-au-vents with salmon and cream cheese. Try adding variety to your festive table dishes. Vol-au-vents with salmon take no more than an hour to make at home. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. As always, we start preparing vol-au-vents with the dough. So, roll out the dough and cut out larger and smaller circles.

2. Brush them with egg yolk and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake our preparations for about 15 minutes.

3. Vol-au-vents with salmon and cream cheese turn out extremely delicious when made at home. I'm used to preparing them with "Mascarpone" cheese.

4. Salmon can be cut any way you like: into cubes, strips, or thin slices for later decoration.

5. We fill our vol-au-vents very quickly, and the only time-consuming part is baking the shells. The entire process takes me no more than an hour.
