    1. To make vol-au-vents with filling at home, let's start with the basics – preparing the base. Roll out the dough and cut out circles of larger and smaller diameters. Brush the first ring with egg, then place the second ring on top. Now we can put our preparations into the oven. Preheat it to 200 degrees. Bake the vol-au-vents for about 15 minutes.

    2. While the base is baking, prepare the filling. I had boiled chicken breast and mushrooms. I fried the mushrooms in vegetable oil with onions.

    3. Finely chop the fillet and add it to the mushrooms once they are fried. At the very end, add sour cream and simmer the filling over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Then set it aside to cool.

    4. Filling the vol-au-vents is pure pleasure. Garnish them with parsley greens and grate cheese on top. Serve these beauties at the table!
