
Mushroom vol-au-vents

1. Today I'd like to present you a classic recipe for vol-au-vents with mushrooms. I highly recommend it to everyone, as this appetizer makes an excellent alternative to sandwiches and canapés at any buffet or celebration. It requires minimal ingredients and effort.

2. Roll out the dough and cut out the shapes. I usually use a large wine glass to cut out circles.

3. And, of course, the second ring with a smaller diameter. Now stack the rings on top of each other and brush them with yolk. After that, you can bake them in the oven for fifteen minutes.

4. Meanwhile, fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil. Add the onion halfway through frying and cook until done, then stir in the sour cream at the very end. I used 20% sour cream—it's the best choice for this. Let the filling cool down, then proceed with assembling.

5. Fill our little rolls and that's it - they're ready to eat! It usually takes me about an hour to prepare them.
