Wave mushrooms with sour cream

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Fried milk caps with sour cream are simply delicious! I love these mushrooms. I boil them first, then fry with onion and carrot. Some people fry mushrooms right away, but I always boil them beforehand—I'm a bit cautious. The finished dish can now be served.
