Vodka with horseradish
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Use the simplest vodka, but of good quality. You can adjust the strength of horseradish flavor in the drink according to your preference. This drink is used to prepare various cocktails, as well as a remedy for severe colds. Here is a simple recipe. Serve chilled.

Peel the fresh horseradish root and thoroughly rinse it under running water.

Grate the root on the finest grater, or even better – on a lemon zester.

Prepare 2-3 small empty tea bags. Fill the bags with grated horseradish and place them into a suitable glass container where the vodka will steep.

Pour in the vodka, close the jar with an airtight lid, and leave it for 1 day in a dark, cool place. Before filtering, squeeze the tea bags.

Filter the horseradish-infused vodka and chill before serving.
