
Horseradish vodka
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Horseradish root contains a rich composition of beneficial microelements, vitamins C and B, glucose, fiber, and mustard oil, which gives it a sharp taste and aroma. Horseradish root is successfully used for any infectious diseases; it improves appetite, kills viruses and bacteria, and restores strength. Those who find horseradish alone insufficient can experiment by adding a chili pepper and a clove of garlic.

Peel and rinse the horseradish root. Carefully slice it with a sharp knife into long, thin pieces.

Place the pieces of horseradish root into a clean bottle.

In a small cup, mix the honey with a small amount of vodka, then pour the resulting mixture into the bottle with horseradish.

Pour the remaining vodka into the bottle, completely covering the horseradish pieces. Place the bottle in a dark place for 3-4 days.

Then strain the infused vodka and transfer the drink into a clean bottle. Horseradish-infused vodka is best used within 3-4 months.
