
Moist curd kulich
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. To make a moist cottage‑cheese kulich, you’ll need a simple set of ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, cottage cheese, raisins, and vanilla for aroma. The bake turns out fragrant, airy, and very tasty. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients for making a moist cottage cheese kulich.

Mix the cottage cheese and 200 grams of sugar in a deep container.

Crack 1 chicken egg and 1 yolk into a bowl. Reserve the white for the glaze.

Whisk the eggs with a whisk.

Pour the egg mixture into the cottage cheese.

Melt the butter and let it cool.

Pour the cooled butter into the dough.

Add sifted flour with baking powder and vanilla.

Add the raisins and mix again.

Since the dough is yeast‑free, it doesn't need to rise. Immediately pour the dough into the baking pans. I use paper ones. Fill the pans with the dough halfway.

Bake the kulich for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Beat the remaining egg white with a mixer, add 100 grams of sugar. Beat for a couple of minutes and the glaze is ready.

Cool the kulichs, spread them with glaze and decorate to your taste. From the specified amount of ingredients you will get 2 kulichs weighing 350‑400 g each.
