Description
Homemade baking for tea. I really love chocolate pastries. When I want something quick and tasty, I always bake this cake. You can eat it with a spoon; it just melts in your mouth, making it tender and delicious. I’m happy to share it with you—serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients.

Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and sugar, and beat with the mixer on high speed for 5 minutes until a light, fluffy foam forms. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to beat.

Add the dry ingredients, gently fold them with a spatula, preserving the fluffiness of the batter.

Add pitted cherries, stir.

Grease a baking pan (diameter – 18 cm). Pour the batter, place it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40–45 minutes.

Cool the pie completely in the pan.
