First, we prepare the biscuit. To do this, beat the eggs with sugar.

Gradually add the sifted flour and continue beating with a mixer. Pour the batter into a baking form and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

While the sponge cake is baking, beat the chilled cream until stiff peaks form, then add powdered sugar. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth. The cream is ready.

We let the ready-made biscuit cool down, then cut it into two layers. We spread jam on the first layer, then evenly cover the entire surface with cream. We top it with the second layer, and then cover the whole cake with buttercream, not forgetting the sides.
