Delicious cookie cake
Description
Homemade baked treat for tea. A very tender and incredibly delicious cookie cake with vanilla cream and chocolate glaze — a perfect simple dessert to serve with tea. I'd like to point out that it's best prepared overnight so it can soak through properly before serving. If desired, you can also add nuts, coconut flakes, or candied fruits. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. To prepare the cream, mix the pudding with milk (if the instructions require cooking, place over heat), dissolve and stir.

2. Add the cream and blend everything until smooth. You can also make a classic custard cream or use condensed milk, for example.

3. Prepare a convenient baking dish and place the cookies in an even layer on the bottom. I want to mention right away that you can use absolutely any cookies you like.

4. Spread the cream on top.

5. Continue layering. To make a delicious cake, spread enough cream on the cookies.

6. Put cocoa, milk, and sugar into a small saucepan.

7. Place the saucepan over heat and cook until smooth. Remove from heat, add butter to the saucepan, and stir in vanilla extract. Mix everything thoroughly.

8. Finish the top layer with cookies and pour the icing over the top. You can additionally decorate with nuts, marshmallows, or berries, for example.
