Delicious pork shashlik marinated in mineral water

Description
The recipe won't take much time. I want to share with you a secret for preparing quick and delicious pork shashlik with lemon, mineral water, and spices. Thanks to the citrus acids and carbonation, the meat will be marinated in just 1–1.5 hours. If you haven't tried this version yet, I highly recommend it. Serve hot.
