
Delicious pilaf
Description

Place the beans in water and let soak for 8 hours or overnight, then rinse and boil for 2 hours. At the end, add salt, then drain in a colander.

Boil the rice until half-cooked, then rinse with hot water. In a bowl, mix it with beans, 3 tablespoons of oil, spices, and salt.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with 3 tbsp of oil and tomato paste.

Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a pot, add the pumpkin and onion with the paste, and pour in 1/2 cup of water. Then add the rice mixture and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
