
Delicious lingonberry pie
Description

If you don't have lingonberries, you can replace them with any other berries, making this pie universal and independent of the season—you can use frozen or canned berries instead of fresh ones. 1. Take and prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Place the softened butter into a deep container and cream it with vanilla.

3. Add the eggs to the same mixture and mix thoroughly.

4. Now add the baking powder and the previously sifted flour. Begin kneading the dough.

5. Grease the baking pan with oil (you can also line it with baking paper), place the prepared dough into it, shaping the edges.

6. Wash the berries and drain them in a colander, then place them into the baking dish. Put the pie into a preheated oven at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.

7. Whip the sour cream with sugar to make the cream.

8. As soon as you take the pie out of the oven, pour the sour cream cream over it.

9. The pie should spend at least two hours in the refrigerator, after which we serve it at the table.
