Delicious muffin
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you don't know how to make icing, use a mixture of 60 ml of milk and 230-280 g of powdered sugar. Mix well until the sugar dissolves. Adjust the thickness to your preference. You can also add vanilla bean to the icing—it will be aromatic and beautiful.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the loaf pan thoroughly with butter and dust with flour.

Combine all the syrup ingredients and heat until the mixture becomes uniform. Separately, beat the butter with the sugar for the batter, then add the eggs. Gradually add the baking soda, baking powder, and salt, alternating the addition of flour and buttermilk. Finally, add the chocolate.

Pour one-third of the dough into the pan.

Pour half of the syrup on top. Repeat the layers in the same way. The top layer will be the dough.

Now, using a knife or fork, gently mix the layers as if drawing a figure eight, moving deep into the dough.
