In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vodka, sour cream, and salt. Beat at low speed with a mixer using a dough attachment for 30 seconds. Add flour and continue beating until all ingredients are fully incorporated (about 2 minutes).

Place the dough on a floured surface and knead it slightly. Cover and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

Then divide the dough into two parts and roll out to a thickness of 2.5–3 mm using a rolling pin. Cut the dough into strips. Make a longitudinal cut in the middle of each strip and turn one end of each strip (forming a spiral).

Fry the dough in boiling vegetable oil. The cookies should be completely submerged in the oil for 10-20 seconds, then flip them. As soon as they turn golden, remove them with a slotted spoon and place on parchment paper.
