
Delicious pork ribs with potatoes

Prepare the ingredients needed to cook the dish.

Cut the pork ribs into portions, then sear them on both sides in a vegetable oil-coated pan until a golden crust forms. It's best to use a wok or a pan with high sides.

Slice the onion and carrot into half-rings.

While the ribs are frying, start sautéing the carrots in another skillet. Let them simmer slightly. Then add the onion to them.

Place the stewed vegetables on top of the pork ribs. Season with salt and pepper, add bay leaf and whole allspice. Pour in water until the ribs are completely covered. Cover with a lid, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 40-50 minutes.
