Delicious ribs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Cut the ribs into small portions of 2 or 3 bones each. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season the water with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Boil the ribs for about 20 minutes. Drain the water and let the ribs sit for about half an hour. Meanwhile, preheat an outdoor grill over high heat. Lightly coat the ribs with barbecue sauce. Grill the ribs over high heat for about 5 to 10 minutes on each side. Place the ribs into a pot and set over low heat. Pour over the remaining barbecue sauce and one bottle of beer. Cover and cook over high heat for about 3 hours. Add more beer as needed to thin the sauce. The ribs are done when the meat easily pulls away from the bone. The dish is now ready to serve.
