Delicious pastries made with kefir

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The baking is simple and quick. For the buns, you'll need kefir, egg, flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Since I make my own baking powder, I'm sure the buns will turn out excellent! If you have homemade sour kefir, it's better to add half a teaspoon of baking soda—the reaction will be great, producing lots of bubbles in the dough. Now, about the filling: choose whatever you like. This amount of filling is just right for the dough quantity, and I fill the buns generously, without skimping. Check out the recipe, give it a try, and share your impressions. Serve cooled down or slightly warm.
