Delicious chicken wings
Description
Considering that whiskey has a rather sharp taste, it should be noted that in the finished dish it is not noticeable at all, but simply gives the meat a fantastic aroma and a pleasant, piquant flavor. So don't be afraid to use it when cooking chicken.

Step 1

First, prepare the glaze. To do this, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add whiskey, tomato paste, maple syrup, and rosemary to the melted butter. Add a little salt and mix well.

Step 2

The glaze should be cooked over low heat for about 10 minutes, until all the ingredients are well combined and the alcohol has partially evaporated. Then turn off the heat and let the glaze thicken slightly.

Step 3

Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry, then place them on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to its highest temperature. Pour part of the glaze over the wings and put them in the oven. After 10 minutes, use a tablespoon to pour the remaining glaze over the meat. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.

Step 4

Turn off the oven and let the wings dry for another 5 minutes. Then remove them from the oven and serve hot with any side dishes or salads. They go very well with dark beer.
