Tasty and Yeast Buns
Description
Working with yeast dough is pure pleasure for me. It's very soft, fluffy, and easy to shape. You can use either dry or fresh yeast. I love a shiny, golden crust, so I always brush the buns with egg (yolk). Serve cooled or slightly warm.
