
Delicious buns
Description
The recipe won't take much time. In the end, you'll get tender, aromatic, and very delicious buns that are sure to please your family. They go perfectly with tea, coffee, and cocoa. You can add cinnamon to taste. Cook without hesitation—you'll definitely succeed. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

First, pour the milk into a saucepan and warm it up. Then add the yeast and sugar to the milk, stirring thoroughly. Gradually add half of the sifted flour and set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 20 minutes.

When the time has passed, add salt, sugar, and melted butter or margarine to the dough. Now it's time for the second half of the flour, which we add gradually.

Knead the smooth dough, sprinkle the container with flour, and put the dough in a warm place. Once it has risen, divide it into small pieces and shape into buns (I roll them into snails). Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with butter.

Next, place the buns and let them rest for about 7 minutes. Before baking, brush the buns with egg, sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts. Bake until done in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 20-25 minutes.
