Delicious cheesy pie
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. For making this pie, I use store-bought ready-made yeast dough purchased from the nearest supermarket. If you have time and desire, you can make the dough yourself. Besides cheese, you can use sausage, eggs with herbs, cottage cheese, or even sweet fillings. The pie is very easy to prepare and doesn't require any special cooking skills, so even a beginner cook can handle it. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater and transfer it to a bowl (I put it in the freezer for 15 minutes beforehand, making it easier to grate).
- 2
Step 2

2. Add salt to taste (depending on the type of cheese), then add the chicken eggs.
- 3
Step 3

3. I thoroughly mix the contents of the bowl. The filling is ready.
- 4
Step 4

4. Divide the ready yeast dough into 2 parts, one slightly larger than the other.
- 5
Step 5

5. Roll out one portion of the dough (the larger one) into a sheet about 3 millimeters thick. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the dough onto it.
- 6
Step 6

6. Place the cheese filling, spread it over the entire surface, leaving 1 centimeter on each side.
- 7
Step 7

7. Roll out the second layer of dough as thinly as the first, then place it on top of the filling.
- 8
Step 8

8. Carefully crimp the edges with a "braid" (or however you prefer), brush the pie with vegetable oil, and make a small hole in the center to allow steam to escape.
- 9
Step 9

9. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, then remove and cut into pieces.
