Delicious Fried Eggs

Description

A delicious appetizer for any gathering. I really want to share my favorite recipe. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Instructions

   In a bowl, beat the eggs.

   Add the chopped tomatoes. They can be cut into small cubes or grated on a grater.

   Pour sunflower oil into a preheated skillet and pour in the resulting mixture.

   Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.

   When the liquid has evaporated, you can turn it off.

   Serve the fried eggs at the table, garnished with greens.
