    Wash the cabbage thoroughly, remove any extra leaves, and shred it into thin strips.

    Wash the carrots, peel them, and grate on a grater.

    Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes or strips as desired.

    Peel the onion, wash the cucumbers, then dice everything.

    Place the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes, then cool, peel, and chop with a knife or on a grater.
