
Delicious semolina porridge made with milk

The recipe won't take much time. Semolina brings back the taste of kindergarten cafeterias, cottage cheese casseroles, and porridge that's always gone cold. But when prepared properly, there's no tastier porridge! To make delicious semolina porridge with milk, be sure to sift the semolina and add it to the milk gradually. Serve hot.

Pour milk and water into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, place the pan over medium heat, and bring the liquids to a boil. Meanwhile, sift the semolina through a sieve. When the milk and water in the saucepan come to a boil, add sugar and reduce the heat.

Now the most important part: pour in the semolina without forming lumps. Take a ladle and stir the milk with it, while using a tablespoon to gradually sprinkle the semolina into the pot in a thin stream.

So, keep stirring with a ladle or any convenient spoon until all the semolina is absorbed. Cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
