Description

Rinse the chicken thoroughly and cut it into portion pieces. Remove all excess bones and skin.

Place the chicken into a clean glass jar. Alternate the chicken with peeled garlic, bay leaves, and spices. Wrap the neck of the jar with foil.

Pour cold water into a frying pan or baking dish. Place the jar in the pan with water and put it in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 160 degrees, then increase the temperature to 180 and continue cooking for another hour.
