Delicious fried potatoes
Description
Potatoes prepared according to this recipe are cooked in a small amount of olive oil and turn out soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. A few tips: choose yellow potatoes and slice them all to the same thickness; it's best to dry the potato slices before frying; place the potatoes into well-heated oil; don't stir the potatoes right away—allow time for a crust to form on the surface of the slices, so they won't break when stirred; adjust the heat up or down as needed while cooking; use a pan with high sides, as hot oil tends to splatter; after frying, wash the pan and boil water with vinegar in it—this will eliminate all odors and prepare your pan for new delicious dishes))
