
Tropical Vitamin Drink
Description
The recipe won't take much time. In winter, the taste of tropical fruits gives us a little piece of warm sunshine and joy, and in summer refreshes like nothing else, providing energy even on the hottest day. Try another vitamin-rich drink that requires only a blender and a few minutes of your free time. Serve chilled.

1. If you're a fan of thick and cold smoothies, you'll find your freezer stocked with a whole arsenal of frozen tropical fruits. If not, freeze pineapple, banana, and kiwi pieces in advance, so you can make the drink at any convenient moment.

2. The best option for orange juice is freshly squeezed, but you can also use store-bought juice.

3. As for the "pineapple-mango" and "pineapple-coconut" juices, you can buy them at the supermarket or, if desired, use one glass of freshly squeezed pineapple juice and half a glass each of mango juice and coconut milk.

4. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and paste-like, pour into glasses, garnish with a fruit slice or a large berry, and serve.
