Cherry tart with cottage cheese
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. To enhance the pie's aroma, you can use vanilla extract or vanilla sugar. Bake until a nice crust forms, but the pie will be ready only after it has completely cooled down—it will become denser and slightly settle. To prevent the dough from puffing up during baking, be sure to prick it with a fork. Easy and delicious—give it a try!

2. On the work surface, roll out the dough slightly larger than the diameter of the pan. Using a rolling pin, transfer it to a greased pan. Prick with a fork. Place the pan with the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
