Simple cherry pie
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. You can optionally dust the cake with powdered sugar. It turns out very fluffy, tender, and delicious. Rinse the cherries thoroughly and remove the pits. Mix softened butter with sugar and beat everything together with a mixer.

Add salt, eggs, and mix everything well again.

Add the sifted flour, vanilla, and salt to the dough. Mix everything with a mixer until smooth.

Grease the baking pan with butter (optional) and sprinkle with semolina. Pour the batter into the pan, then arrange the cherries on top, gently pressing them into the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
