Cherry pie on kefir
Description
The baking is simple and quick. This cake is very easy and effortless to prepare, so you can quickly make it for breakfast or serve to children with tea. The kefir cake is perfect for a light snack or afternoon treat. That's why I recommend always keeping a pack of kefir and a couple of eggs in the fridge—you'll always have fresh, delicious baked goods ready at a moment's notice. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Mix the eggs with sugar and beat until the mixture increases in volume.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in the melted margarine and kefir, add the baking soda. Mix well.
- 4
Step 4

Add the flour and mix everything until smooth.
- 5
Step 5

Add the canned cherries. Squeeze out the juice beforehand so it doesn't get into the batter, otherwise the batter won't bake properly and won't rise.
- 6
Step 6

Pour into a baking dish. I prefer to bake this pie in a silicone mold, which doesn't need to be greased, and the dough won't stick to it.
- 7
Step 7

Bake in the oven until dry, like a splinter (approximately 25 minutes).
