Crush the cookies using a blender.

Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter.

Place the cookies in a mold and press them down, evenly distributing them over the surface. Put in the refrigerator to freeze.

Dissolve the sugar in 80 ml of water over low heat.

Meanwhile, beat the egg yolks.
