
Cherry buns
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Delicious, appetizing buns – how can you resist! Let's get started. Add melted butter and yeast dissolved in milk with sugar to the flour. Knead the dough and let it rise for an hour. Then divide it into equal portions and roll each into a flat round. For the filling, mix pitted cherries, sugar, and starch. Place a portion of the filling in the center of each round. Pinch the edges together and shape into buns. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the buns on it, and brush them with beaten egg. Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C. Let cool slightly, then serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Dissolve 4 spoons of sugar and yeast in warm milk and leave for some time.
