Cherry casserole
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cherry casserole is a very tasty and light dish. I can share a practical tip from my own experience. It's best to bake the casserole in a deep dish (about 5–7 cm) with a not very large diameter—up to 13–15 cm. It's better to divide it between two dishes. Good luck, and serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, we wash the cherries, remove any debris and stems, and take out the pits.
- 2
Step 2

Next, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, prepare a mixture of cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or using a blender until smooth.
- 3
Step 3

We will dip each cherry into flour. This way, the berry will better retain its shape during baking.
- 4
Step 4

Pour half of the cottage cheese mixture into the baking dish.
- 5
Step 5

Then we put the cherries.
- 6
Step 6

Next, pour the remaining half of the cottage cheese mixture over the cherries. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 50 minutes. Done!
