Grape juice for winter at home
Description
It's convenient to make grape juice using a steam juicer, where steam heats the grapes, causing the berries to burst and the juice to slowly drip directly into a jar. However, using an electric juicer can be inconvenient. The filter quickly clogs with broken grape seeds, requiring frequent cleaning. This method requires no additional equipment, and most importantly, there's no need to spend time separating the grapes from the stems. After making the juice, grape skins, seeds, and stems remain, which can be used to make a tasty compote. After preparation, the drink should be strained. It's ready to serve.
