Grape mousse
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The best choice for the mousse is kish-mish grape variety, otherwise you'll have to deal with removing the seeds. You can make the mousse from black grapes, but in that case use red semi-sweet wine instead of white. If desired, you can add whole grape berries to the mousse in the serving glasses. The finished dessert can be served immediately.
