
Grapes Pickled with Garlic and Aromatic Herbs
Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. The grapes are marinated for about 24 hours. If you leave them in the refrigerator longer, the flavor will be spicier and more intense. Garlic and aromatic herbs give the grapes a pleasant, piquant taste and aroma. Try it. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Prepare the grapes, spices, and seasonings.

Place salt, sugar, mustard, peppercorns, and cloves in the pot.

Add thyme and basil.

Peel the garlic, chop it, and add it to the pot.

Pour in water and balsamic vinegar and add the bay leaf. You can use a bay leaf or a bay sprig. Place the marinade on the stove and bring to a boil.

Wash the grapes and remove them from the cluster.

Remove the boiling marinade from the heat and add the grapes to it. Cover with a lid and leave at room temperature for a couple of hours. Then transfer the grapes with the marinade to a glass jar and refrigerate for 24 hours.
