Wine from apples without yeast
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For making wine from apples without yeast, I recommend using ripe or slightly unripe sweet-sour apples. We won't need sugar or any other spices. It's very simple. Can be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Ripe apples can be slightly washed and then ground. This can be done very quickly using a meat grinder.
- 2
Step 2

Store the obtained juice with pulp for a week in a metal or wooden container at 20 degrees. During this time, it will ferment without any added yeast. Stir the pulp in the juice occasionally. Then press it well to extract the juice.

Step 3

Strain the juice from the pulp through cheesecloth. Transfer to another container and place under an airlock.

Step 4

Now the wine will sit for several weeks; you need to decant it once a week (or every two weeks) to reduce the sediment (which will form). Taste it: if you think the wine is ready, you can proceed to the final stage.

Step 5

Here is the transfer process.

Step 6

Final step: clarification. Take one teaspoon of egg white per 5 liters of wine. Beat it with some of the wine, then add it to your drink. Over the course of a few weeks, the egg white will settle and clarify the wine. It might not be perfectly clear, but it will be much less cloudy.
