Leave the jars of juice at room temperature for three days. Stir them during the first two days, and do not touch on the third day.

Now let's talk about sugar. I'm making sweet wine, so I added 300 grams per 1 liter of juice. For dry wine, add 200 grams, and for semi-sweet—250 grams. Add the sugar, mix it well, and pour the future wine into a container with an airtight lid.

Insert a clean hose into the lid. Submerge the other end of the hose into a jar of water. Leave the wine in a dark place for 1.5–2 months to allow all the gases to escape.

After the specified time, strain the wine through cheesecloth. Pour it into a glass bottle with a lid.
