Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a classic method for making wine from jam without using yeast. Have a wonderful day. Ready to serve.
Instructions

Step 1

Thoroughly wash the jars in which the wine will be stored. It wouldn't hurt to scald them with boiling water.

Step 2

Place the jam and washed raisins into jars, pour warm water over them. Mix everything with a wooden spoon and cover the jars with plastic lids. Put the jars in a warm place.

Step 3

After 10 days, we open the lids. After the fermentation process, all the pulp rises to the neck of the jar; we scoop it out with a spoon onto a piece of cheesecloth and squeeze the cheesecloth over a pot. Discard the pressed pulp.

Step 4

We filter the remaining liquid in the jar through cheesecloth into a saucepan. The resulting liquid is called wort. Pour the wort into a clean jar. Tightly place rubber gloves over the jar openings. Be sure to prick the glove fingers with a needle to allow fermentation gases to escape. Place the jars in a dark place for 40 days.

Step 5

Pour the wine into clean, sterile containers and seal with wooden corks. Store in a dark, cool place. The wine will be ready to drink in 2 months!
