The drink is quick and easy to prepare. After a month, you'll have natural, delicious, and aromatic currant jam wine ready on your table at home. Using this method, you can make wine from any type of jam. Ready to serve.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

    1. Before starting to prepare the homemade drink, prepare the jars - wash them thoroughly, pour boiling water over them, dry them, or better yet, sterilize them.

    2. Pour water into a container and place over heat. While the water is heating, rinse the raisins and add them to the pot along with the jam. Once the mixture comes to a boil, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool. Transfer everything into a jar or jars, cover with a plastic lid, and set aside to begin the fermentation process.

    3. After about 10 days, you need to remove the pulp that has risen to the top of the jar. Carefully take it out and transfer it onto a cheesecloth (place a container underneath to collect the dripping liquid). The leftover pulp can be discarded, as we won't need it.

    4. Strain the remaining liquid as well and pour it into the container where the syrup was after the pomace. The resulting liquid is called wort. Now, place a rubber glove over the mouth of the jar and leave it for about 40 days, until the process is complete.

    5. Prepare containers for bottling the wine. Sterilize them as well, after which you can bottle the wine made from currant jam.

    6. During fermentation, sediment forms, which is very important not to disturb when transferring the beverage into bottles.
